K 7 Task-Based Performance Promote Proficiency for Young L2 Learners

Come to check it out the authentic performance task projects (videos and posters) produced by elementary students who are learning Mandarin as their second language! The projects are based on Backward curriculum design and Bloom's taxomony. A step-by-step guildlines to compose a performance task for you to use in your foreign language class!  A brief introduction of Performance assessement and rubric which are differenct from traditional assassments will be also disscused. 

Comprehensive task-based performance and assessment design including detailed task requirements and assessments, especially for K - 5th elementary and non-native speakers. Authentic students' final projects are provided such as written works, videos, and self evaluations and comments. Also welcome to all level language teachers! (Note: Mandarin will be given in this presentation and we are going to analyze studentss Mandarin performance task projects.
